Yoga for Dudes breaks down the stereotypes and misconceptions and shows you what it’s really about — awareness, mobility, balance, and community.

This workshop is designed to make yoga accessible for men who want to develop a practice to help them move better, feel better, and stress less — whether you’re an athlete, corporate warrior, or just looking to feel better in your body.

No experience required. No judgment, and no woo-woo: just the basics of a physical practice that works for you.

Yoga with Larry Milburn

In this 2-hour yoga workshop you’ll learn:

  • A working definition of yoga and how it can help you.
  • An understanding of how a yoga practice can help you find a healthy and supportive community of like-minded men.
  • That you don’t need to twist yourself into a pretzel to feel good or get the benefits of yoga
  • How keeping it simple can produce the most profound results.

At the end of this workshop, you’ll know how to use proper breathing and simple movements to feel more comfortable in your body, increase your sense of self-awareness, and awaken your potential for deeper and more meaningful relationships.

This workshop will take the mystery out of yoga and show you how to experience its benefits. By learning a practice specifically designed for men who are ready to take yoga for a test drive, you’ll discover how you can get results unlike anything you’ll get from playing any sport or spending time at a gym.
